Latest release brings a variety of updates aimed at expanding system capabilities and making everyday workflows smoother. It introduces key improvements in royalty processing, continues to enhance the PROVYS Sphere web client, and delivers important infrastructure upgrades.
Alongside these new features, the release also focuses on better performance, stronger integration, and overall system stability to support users in their daily work.
Extension of royalty processing
Users of the on-premise version now log in through a redesigned dialog with new PROVYS Sphere graphics. Royalties’ area was extended with end-to-end support for royalty calculation, validation and export. The release introduces configurable royalty generation based on archive transmissions, subjects represented by agencies, pay scales and participation rules. It includes support for employee work exclusion, heirs, run evaluation, programme usage handling and correction scenarios.
The extension adds new royalty pay scale and representation structures, stores key calculated values directly on royalty records for easier auditing and improves export workflows.
PROVYS Sphere in web is growing
Further enhancements were made to the AI assistant, including improved action handling and support for formatted data in prompts.
The release also continues the expansion of the web client providing most production module screens.

Expanded capabilities
On the platform side, the release introduces infrastructure and security improvements such as compatibility with Oracle Linux 10 and enhancements in API and service integration capabilities.
There were numerous improvements across various features and technical components, followed by bug fixes and performance optimizations. The focus was settled at system stability improvements, usability and integration capabilities.
To name some of them:
- New action “Equal segment duration” is available in transmission linear planner. The action changes request’s technology slots (programme segments) duration to be the same. This function helps to keep segments with some reasonable duration when programme segmentation is not available yet.
- Transmission slot list in break pattern definition is editable. User can edit basic attributes like start time, duration, name and request type directly from the list without opening full transmission detail.
- Retype between object and clipboard of another type supported in web client.
- There is a health endpoint for services monitoring available for clients.
Clients will find a detailed list of changes delivered in the release in the Knowledge Base within the Service Desk.
