This was the focus of our first product webinar, Plan Smarter in PROVYS Sphere, led by Petr Dolejší and Pavel Koběrský.
In the session, Petr and Pavel showed how selected PROVYS Sphere features support everyday scheduling work while helping users stay in control. Together, they help users find issues earlier, recover from accidental changes, and keep frequently used materials ready when the schedule needs them.

A useful check should not only tell users that something is wrong. It should also help them understand where to find the issue, what it affects, and what to do next. That is the idea behind checks in PROVYS Sphere. They can be organised into check sets for different parts of the workflow, such as programme data, listing metadata, or micro-scheduling. Validation becomes part of the process, not a separate investigation. For schedulers, this means less manual searching, clearer correction, and more confidence before the schedule moves to the next stage.
A practical safety net for accidental deletes
Every planning team knows the pressure of last-minute changes. A schedule may be almost finished, and then one deleted slot suddenly creates unnecessary stress. The deleted slots bin adds a practical safety layer to schedule editing. It helps users recover deleted slots and continue working without rebuilding the affected part of the schedule from scratch.
It may not be a full undo button, but in daily scheduling it can feel close.
Your favourite materials, ready when needed
Bumpers, fillers, short inserts, or content between live transmissions. Quick blocks help keep these frequently used materials ready for scheduling. Instead of searching for the same items again and again, users can prepare them once and reuse them when the day’s schedule requires it. For people adjusting the plan, this means faster routine decisions and fewer unnecessary manual steps.
